American Pro Fix provides handyman, electrical, plumbing, and home renovation services to residential customers in Metro Atlanta and the surrounding area.
Appointments may be booked by phone, online form, or through our scheduling system. Booking an appointment does not constitute a guaranteed service contract until confirmed by our team.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual or location at our sole discretion, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or nonpayment.
All work performed will be as described in your estimate or work order. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before additional work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues discovered after work has begun that were not part of the original scope.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. In the event of nonpayment, you agree to cover any reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees.
Estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time. Final charges may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work.
We stand behind our work and will correct any defects in workmanship at no charge if reported within 30 days of service completion, provided the issue is related to our work and not caused by misuse, third-party interference, or pre-existing conditions.
We do not warranty materials or parts supplied by the customer. Manufacturer warranties on materials or fixtures we supply remain with the manufacturer.
Except as expressly stated above, the Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, American Pro Fix, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally. You may contact us at the information below to describe your concern. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
